On Friday 6 May, in their first public conversation, Tom Stoppard and his first authorised biographer, Hermione Lee discuss the process of writing a biography and how one represents their life in a way that is engaging for the reader, and a representation that the subject is happy with.

Then, on Saturday 7 May, The Craft Of Memoir with Alan Johnson, Candia McWilliam, William Waldegrave and James Runcie who discuss the power of autobiography and its use in understanding childhood and youthful ambition from later life.
