Margaret Crick

Margaret Crick is a freelance journalist and researcher. She is a former television writer, reporter and newsreader, having worked for the BBC (television and radio); for ITV (regional and ITN); and for CNN (in Washington). She helped her ex-husband Michael Crick research the best-selling biography of Jeffrey Archer, Stranger than Fiction, as well as other biographies, and was commissioned to write an independent biography of Mary Archer, For Richer For Poorer, which was published in 2005 by Simon & Schuster. More recently, she did some research for the Cameron biography by Francis Elliott and James Hanning. A lighthearted  interview with Julian Barnes done for The Oldie magazine was published in Conversations with Julian Barnes in 2009. Margaret lives in Oxford and her main hobby is rowing.
