The Biographers’ Club is now seeking submissions for its 2016 Prizes: The Slightly Foxed Best First Biography Prize (worth £3,500) and the Tony Lothian Prize (worth £2,000).

Judges for the Slightly Foxed Best First Biography Prize 2016 are now confirmed: Richard Davenport-Hines, prolific writer and biographer whose latest subject was John Maynard Keynes. Flora Fraser, historical biographer and author, most recently, of George and Martha Washington: A Revolutionary Marriage. Ysenda Maxtone Graham, critic and author of The Real Mrs Miniver and Mr Tibbit’s Catholic School. more
